The trial does the heavy lifting
Every install starts with 7 days completely free, with no payment details. That is deliberate: you find out whether Tribal Wars Bot earns its fee before any money moves.
Refunds after a charge
- Within 14 days of a payment: tell us you want out and that payment is refunded in full, no questions. This covers — and goes slightly beyond — the EU consumer right of withdrawal, which you keep even though the service starts immediately.
- After 14 days: that payment stands. Nothing further is charged — there is no standing charge to stop — and the software keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- A refund is a Bitcoin payment we send by hand, on-chain, to an address you give us. There is no card and no payment provider to reverse it through, so a refund request must include the receiving address — without one there is nowhere to send the money.
What a refund does not cover
Game penalties. As the terms say plainly: automation is against Tribal Wars' rules, and a ban or other in-game penalty is a risk you accepted — it is not grounds for refunding months of past service, though you are of course free to cancel, and the current 14-day window still applies to the most recent payment.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Paying in Bitcoin means each 30-day period is a separate invoice you choose to pay. There is no standing charge to cancel and nothing is billed unless you choose to buy another period. Your access runs to the end of the time you have already paid for; manage it at /app/.
For a refund, email margrave.bot@outlook.com from the e-mail on your account, say the word "refund", and give the approximate payment date and the Bitcoin address to send it to. That is all we need.
